IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please carefully review the following Terms and Conditions before placing an order on FLAKE.gl.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

As the buyer, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless you are returning a defective product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you will not be able to place orders on our website.

Orders

Our online store is open 24/7, with occasional closures for maintenance purposes. Orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be processed on the following business day.

To place an order on our website, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card accepted by us. If you are under 18, you must have legal authorization to enter into a contract with us.

We only deliver to residential or business addresses in countries listed under "We deliver to." We do not ship to PO boxes.

We reserve the right to cancel a purchase contract in certain situations, including incorrect payment details, suspected fraudulent activity, inadvertent errors on the website, or if we have reason to believe the buyer is under 18.

Orders can only be made through our website. We do not process orders through email, letters or phone.

Ordering Process

You have the opportunity to review and modify your order information, including delivery and payment details, before submitting your order. Once you click "Order and pay" and receive the order confirmation, your order becomes binding. Please refer to the "Right of Withdrawal" for more information.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed.

All contracts are concluded in English.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your contract and a copy of these Terms and Conditions. We store completed contracts, including order confirmations, for a certain period. However, we recommend that you also save these documents for your records.

To ensure the security of online purchases and protect customers against fraud, we may conduct verification checks using the information provided during the ordering process, including address and payment details.

We accept payment via Visa and Mastercard, including the CVV (Credit Card Verification Number).

Payment Procedure

Your payment will be processed once your order leaves our warehouse for delivery. For international cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, the payment amount will be reserved upon ordering and deducted once the item is dispatched.

If an order cannot be delivered and is subsequently canceled, any reserved payment amounts will be released.

All prices listed on our website, including product prices, delivery costs, and additional charges, include taxes and VAT.

Delivery costs may vary and will be added to your order total.

Prices are displayed in DKK, danish kroner.

If delivery is unsuccessful, the carrier will make at least two attempts. Afterward, the goods may be held for self-pickup or returned to us as undelivered.

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Non-Conforming Goods and Incorrect Orders

If the received goods are non-conforming or incorrect, please contact our Customer Service.

You may choose to return the goods for a refund, exchange them for similar items, or request a proportionate price reduction.

You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for non-conforming goods or incorrect orders.
